**Welcome to the Playground!**

Before we jump into the fun, let’s set some ground rules. Safety goggles aren’t required, but a dash of responsibility is. At our adult sports league, we’re all about embracing the playful spirit while ensuring everyone’s safety. By joining us, you agree to:

**Play Nice:** While competition’s cool, being a good sport is cooler. Treat everyone like the MVPs they are. No fouls involving foul language (to a degree) or unsportsmanlike conduct, please!

**Gear Up:** We’re all for dressing to impress, but more importantly, dress for safety. Make sure you’re suited up with the right gear to avoid any unplanned acrobatics.

**Respect the Whistle:** When the referee speaks (or blows that whistle), it’s the law of the land. Show some love to the game rules and respect their decisions.

**Injury Time-Out:** Accidents happen—whether it's a twisted ankle or an overly competitive high-five. If you’re hurt, take a breather. We’ve got your back with our trusty first aid kit.

**Stay Hydrated:** H2O is the real MVP here. Drink up, keep cool, and remember, water beats sports drinks any day.

**Laws of the Game:** Remember, the game's rules aren't just suggestions. They're our playbook. Stick to 'em and enjoy the game.

**Legal Lingo (aka the Fine Print):**

- **Liability Waiver:** By joining our league, you agree to accept any risks inherent in sports activities. We're all about fun, but safety's our MVP.

- **Code of Conduct:** Play fair, play safe, and let the good times roll. We reserve the right to show the red card to anyone who breaks the vibe.
